Position Overview
We are on the lookout for an exceptional Senior UI/UX Designer to spearhead the creation of user-friendly, visually appealing, and captivating experiences for both web and mobile applications. As a pivotal member of our design team, you will significantly influence our product strategy, guide junior designers, and work in tandem with various teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete design workflow from user research through to final UI design and implementation.
Convert intricate product specifications into user-friendly and adaptable experiences.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups.
Perform and evaluate user research and usability tests to guide design choices.
Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to create and execute innovative solutions.
Create and uphold design systems, patterns, and documentation to maintain product consistency.
Mentor and provide design support to junior designers.
Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to infuse fresh ideas into the team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in UI/UX design with a robust portfolio demonstrating comprehensive product design.
Expertise in design software such as Figma.
Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines.
Experience in conducting user research and usability assessments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas and rationale.
Capability to balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations.
Experience in agile product teams is advantageous.
